I like Nike's slogan ... "Just Do It."
People talk too much.
So much that they always come up with the excuses that make it not work.
Do it. Speed is the key.
I watched the movie called Edward Snowden on Amazon Prime Video. Watching the video, I wonder whether Edward Snowden was / is a Hero or Villain. This happened from the President Bush era to President Obama era.
People are starting to forget about this. What would happened if this wa happening now ... The truth is ... I think it is still happening now.
Seattle taxes on drinks containing sugar ... The reason for it it because it causes obesity ... I do not deny that. But I have problem with following points.
(1) If Coke and Pepsi were taxed because they have sugar ... Why isn't any of the Starbucks drinks which contain sugar taxed?
(2) If to prevent obesity is the goal, why don't you but tax on beer? It may not contain sugar as sugar but you do not call big stomach "beer belly" for no reason.
The answer may be ... (1) Seattle City Councils do not upset local companies. (2) Seattle City Councils do not upset people who can vote. This is just a hypocritical.
I played Club/Member Combo Tee today. This makes some of the long holes to be played from the Club Tee instead go member Tee. It was very enjoyable ... it has less pressure than playing straight member tee. I will try Member/Champion Combo tee next time.
Last time I was here was April 3 ... The day I said good bye to Pompom.
I miss him.
It is a beautiful place and beautiful weather today.
You can see Mt. Rainier in distance,
I have two little beds for Tiny and Pompom. Pompom is gone so one stays empty all the time. I put Nano into the open bed but she refuses to stay in it. She knows they are for Tiny and Pompom. She sleeps on the floor.
The golf was kind of slow and there were nobody behind us. So, on the 18th hole of Aldarra, I found few balls in the bushes. I went in to pick up some, but instead I fell into blackberry bush.
Well, I got scratches all over ... but I came back with over a dozen Titleist Pro V1s. Fair trade ???
The American people are a welcoming and generous people. But those who enter our country illegally, and those who employ them, disrespect the rule of law. And because we live in an age where terrorists are challenging our borders, we simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, and unchecked. Americans are right to demand better border security and better enforcement of the immigration laws.
I just learned that clock displayed in the pubic view must be set to 8:18 if it is not working. 8:18 is very balanced and it tells people this clock in not in operation.
1.1% of car value is taxed to pay for the light rail. The car value is calculated based on the MSRP and yearly depreciation of few %. I am not a rich man but I really like cars. I always dream of owing many cars and rare cars ... But I will not pursue that dream any more. I am not going to put myself in the position to buy a nice cars only to pay more taxes.
Tax like is pushed people like me from buying a beer car. It has a negative effect on the economy. THIS IS WRONG. If you want to build the light rail system, come up with the better system instead of crushing my dream.

Japan is under the heat wave after the record rain.
This is the picture my father sent me.
It says 35C ... that is 95F.
It is really warm in Japan with the humidity, I hop[e everyone there is okay.
Please drink a lot of water and keep cool.
Just after 8:00 am
I have never seen this restaurant this empty.
Lil' Jon is a very popular restaurant in the morning ... but this morning, there were hardly anyone at the restaurant. I think it may be because World Cup Final was on this morning.
I played golf at Aldarra, my home course, today. It was really warm and play was kind of slow. I shot 43 for the first nine but back nine I shot 51 ... That was not good.
Total of 94 ... I placed the score in the USGA handicap system which takes best 10 rounds out of last 20. This 94 score did not go in. I guess I have to shoot under 90 to cost toward my handicap.
This is one of the most inspiring TED speech ... It is in Japanese but main theme of the speed was "思うは招く" which means "If you wish enough, you will get it."
What inspired me the most is when he talked about expensive car. It is not a car you are looking at. It is a dream of someone. You are just buying his dream. People say "You cannot do that", "it is impossible"... Do you notice that those words always come from the people who have never done anything.
When people are trying something new, you need toggle them little encouragements. That is all they need. I really love the speech.
When you see cherries in Washington State ... it is a sign of summer. It is our tradition send box of cherries to our clients in Japan for thanking them for supporting is.
Traffic at 10:30am ... Bellevue / Redmond i520 Near Microsoft Exit.
Seattle / Bellevue areas are growing so rapidly that the infrastructures including highways and roads are not being able to handle the increase traffic. In addition, the State, counties and cities are trying very hard to move people from driving their cars to public transportation such as buses and light rail lines.
To accomplish this, many new taxes have been introduced and making Washington State and cities like Seattle very unfriendly to businesses regardless of the size. This is very unfortunate. Many businesses have relocated their headquarters to other states and small businesses are moving out of Seattle.
Also the city of Seattle adopted $15/hour minimum wages ... That is $1.00/hour more than San Francisco. It just made it more difficult for people to get minimum wage jobs in Seattle. That caused more and more homeless people in Seattle. It is a very negative spiral we put ourselves in.

The leader of the Aum Shinrikyo doomsday cult which carried out a deadly nerve gas attack on the Tokyo underground in 1995 has been executed. According to government sources, six other condemned Aum members — Tomomasa Nakagawa, 55, Kiyohide Hayakawa, 68, Yoshihiro Inoue, 48, Masami Tsuchiya, 53, and Seiichi Endo, 58, and Tomomitsu Niimi, 54, — were also executed.
It took 23 years from the year that the crime was committed.
I am an Apple Photos user with over 130,000 photos. But it is stored in the one place. I will try Amazon Prime Photo unlimited storage to see if I can use it as a backup.

F/OATT Fiber Optics Running Here!Why can't I get it?
The street near my house posted the mark saying there is ATT Fiber Optic Cables ... Can't we just get fiber internet? I hate dealing with cable companies.
It has been three months since I had to say good bye to Pompom. It is still very hard and I still look for Pompom's little black shadow everywhere.
I started to swim in the morning from the day after his departure. It has been three months I swam everyday except when I travel and weekends. I played golf every Saturday and took a break on Sunday. When I started swim, I could only do 6 laps ... took about 15 minutes. Now i am doing 18 laps taking less than 30 minutes. Also, I ma concentrating on my golf more. My handicap went from 15 to 13 in three months. I am more active but I will give all that up if I could get Pompom back.
I created Post in Heaven to leave message to Pompom everyday. It really helps. I hope he is in the better place and waiting for me. I am very sorry I could not do anything to cure his cancer. I hope he has a good life and wants to see me again. I just want to say "Thank you Pompom for being my friend."
Join me on August 13.

I am glad it iOS just a temporary ... ipob does not sound good.

IHOP said on Monday that it's temporarily changing its branding because the B stands for burgers.
It's only a marketing campaign. IHOP isn't changing its name. But the chain of breakfast diners took social media by storm last week with the cryptic announcement that it was flipping the lowercase "p" in its logo and making it a "b."
IHOP, of course, stands for International House of Pancakes. But IHOP — sorry, IHOb — wants to be known as a place to get lunch and dinner, not just breakfast and brunch. It's adding several burgers to its menu, including a Big Brunch burger with bacon, a fried egg and browned potato on top.
