This is a picture I took this morning of old SEARS store on North of 148th Ave. This is technically Redmond but many think it is in Bellevue. Sears made themselves as a leader in the catalog shopping ... I wonder why they could not evolved to become Internet Online retailers. I am sure they had the infrastructure to compete or even beat Amazon.

I guess the management of Sears was not able to adopt to the changes. There are so many companies I see that is not ignoring the changing world (changed world). Just wake up ... If you are doing the same thing you did 10 years ago, you are not adopting. Just stand back and take a look at what you are doing. You will be able to see what you need to do.
