This is what I made
HOYA Light Lenses

I made a pair of glasses including eye exam for 2,160Yen or about US$20.
The place is called 369 Plus Glasses ...
I asked what is “369 Plus” stands for. And he told me they used to sell glasses for 3,000. 6,000. 9,000yen and plus. So they named themselves 369 Plus. Since them they have lowered prices.
